Description Of Service: WICA stands for Windale Interagency Community Alliance, The purpose of WICA is to focus on building community and business partnerships. Representation from organisations, groups and residents within the Windale community are working together for the betterment of Windale.
Organisations that are already involved with WICA include: Alcazar, Creative Times, Department of Education, Department of Housing, NAPCAN and the Windale Community Group as well as the local residents.
