Description Of Service: The prime service is to provide support, comfort, hope, respite, understanding and example for any person who has received a diagnosis of a life-threatening illness such as cancer, motor neurone disease, MS, etc. and for those (including children) who are bereaved.
Services are provided by a group of trained volunteer carers who are in turn supervised and supported by a part time Co-ordinator and a full time Community Outreach Worker.

- Mutual Support Meetings ( Illness, Carer and Bereavement support )
- Home and hospital visits for all who need us from the time of diagnosis
- Emotional support for patients and their families
- "Seasons for Growth" for adults
- Grief and Loss Support for adults and children.
