Staff: The BIS team is a multidisciplinary team, which means it is made up of therapists from different backgrounds. The therapists a client may see depends on the type of brain injury, and the difficulties being experienced, not all clients will necessarily need to see all of the team. |

Description Of Service: The Hunter Brain Injury Service provides a comprehensive community based rehabilitation service for people who have an acquired brain injury. The service also provides a 5 days a week transitional living unit for clients who may need to receive their rehabilitation as a resident within the unit . |
