Description Of Service: ycentral is funded by NSW Health, through the Youth Mental Health Service Model-Central Coast pilot project. ycentral is managed by Central Coast Children and Young People's Mental Health (CYPMH).
The purpose of ycentral is to provide a 'network' platform where a range of services focus on young people 12-25 years of age. Each service comes together in one location and is set up to cater to the young person's needs.
The services currently co-located at ycentral offer help with things including:
physical and mental health
nutrition and diet
drinking or drug use
sexual health
relationships
accommodation
and other issues that impact on your wellbeing
