Description Of Service: The Port Stephens S.P.A.C.E Project coordinates a range of programs and /or activitites in schools and works in partnershipo with youth service providers and targeted High schools and Primary schools in Port Stephens in ways that promote integrated service delivery.
The S.P.A.C.E project has a strong focus on prevention and early intervention with an emphasis on strategies that build the resilience of young people and strengthens the connection between young people, their families, shcool and the community.
