Description Of Service: The Reconnect team helps young people and families sort out their differences and find new ways of relating to each other. We also assist young people who want to connect with school, work, training and the community. Reconnect works wth young people aged 12 - 18 and or their families experiencing difficulties in relationships. We also provide group work programmes.
The Reconnect team works across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock and Port Stephens
