Links to Learning is a targeted program implemented by the NSW Department of Education and Communities to improve outcomes for young people and focuses on effective transitions for at risk young people.

Break Thru Links to Learning assists 15 – 24 year olds, who have left or are at risk of leaving school prior to completing Year 12, so that they can reach their full potential. The Break Thru Links to Learning program provides creative and innovative projects that assist early leavers in informal, local learning settings.

Young people who experience barriers to participating in mainstream education or training, who access Break Thru Links to Learning, are provided with development and support services to assist them to remain in or re-engage with education, training or employment.
