COVID – 19 our commitment to service provision to the Cessnock LGA 

 

Services currently available through NCCCA

  •  Lower Hunter Transport Service – Subsidised transport and delivery services are available to any community members who are transport disadvantaged or affected by the COVID -19 restrictions. This includes, the elderly, young people, people with a disability or illness and carers.  Services include, door to door personalised transport, unassisted shopping, deliveries of essential items.   • Meals on wheels – Meals on wheels a three-course meal, usually range from between $7.00 to $10.00 including delivery. Contact  4019 9700
  • Home care support services – these include nursing care, social support, domestic assistance, personal care, respite services, case management and more. Contact 4019 9700
  • NDIS -NDIS program services include; support coordination, community nursing, transitions, household tasks and more. Contact 4019 9700
