Youth Worker Consultations

The Department of Premier and Cabinet is working with the Deputy Premier and his office to develop solutions to improve the lives of young people living in regional NSW. A key part of the process is to listen to those people who provide services to young people – be they state government agencies or NGOs.

In particular we are interested in your views about the current challenges confronting young people in our region as well as solutions to these challenges, either new initiatives or expansion of current initiatives that are working well.

As well as listening to those that provide services to young people, DPC will also be holding discussion directly with young people, in collaboration with the Advocate for Children and Young People.

The Agency & Provider Consultation Session for the Hunter will take place on:

Tuesday 31 July 2018

10 am – 12 noon

Rooms 1 & 2, East Maitland Bowling Club, Banks St East Maitland
