RYDON is proud of the work we do, to support young people and those working with them. RYDON respects the youth sector and always treats them with fairness and courtesy. RYDON advocates against injustice, harassment, and discrimination in the sector; however if you are concerned about any service or individual from RYDON misrepresenting the sector, or behaving in a way that is inappropriate, unprofessional or inconsistent with the Youth Work Code of Ethics, or for any other reason you see valid, then we encourage you to submit feedback or make a formal complaint.

We also want to hear from you if you have positive feedback about RYDON, or have an idea about how we can improve our services (such as the newsletter, website, Facebook, training, community capacity building activities or conference). Your compliments and suggestions are always appreciated and will be shared with Team RYDON.

We take feedback and complaints seriously, and as an opportunity to review and improve what we do.

Family and Community Services (FaCS) contracts a number of Community and Youth Development Projects across the Hunter/ Central Coast region to participate in the Regional Youth Development Officers Network (RYDON).
