CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES  

 Sponsoring the RYDON Conference is an ideal opportunity for your organisation/service to demonstrate its commitment to young people, youth services, youth workers, schools and community programs that serve to improve the lives and opportunities for young people in the Hunter, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast, Port Stephens and Great Lakes areas.

 Sponsorship of the RYDON Conference will provide excellent visibility of your organisation at a conference attended by representatives from the diversity of services and organisations, both government and non-government, who work with young people.  

 You will be able to reach frontline workers, service managers, health professionals, counsellors,  school, TAFE and University staff  who will be in attendance.  Sponsorship will increase the awareness of your organisation throughout the Youth and Community Sector.

 Your sponsorship will help support speaker fees and travel, facilities and audio-visual costs, materials reproduction fees, venue and refreshment costs, and registration subsidies for participants in need.

 SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

 Depending on level of sponsorship, sponsors may be recognised and provided exposure in the following ways:

 $3000 - Principal Conference Sponsor 

* Two (2) fee-waived registrations to conference including two lunches on both the Monday and Tuesday and two dinners on the Monday night.
* Recognised as the Principal Conference Sponsor on all conference promotional material.
* Recognised as the Principal Sponsor during conference session.
* Listed as the Principal Sponsor in the conference program.
* Opportunity to display your organisation/service banner in the general session area.
* Opportunity for a feature or keynote conference speaker from your organisation/service.
* Mentioned and listed as the Principal Sponsor for a designated keynote or featured speaker.

 $3000 - $1500  Associate Sponsor 

* One (1) fee-waived registration to conference including one lunch on both the Monday and Tuesday, and one dinner on the Monday night
* Recognised as an Associate Sponsor during a general conference session.
* Listed as an Associate Sponsor in the conference program.
* Opportunity to display your organisation/service banner in the general session area.
* Mentioned and listed as an Associate Sponsor for a designated keynote or featured speaker.

 $500 to $100  Conference Supporter

* Recognised as a conference supporter in the conference program.
